Empowering Families, Strengthening Bonds

High-Fidelity Wraparound Services for California Adoptive Families

A Parent Cooperative Community Organization

Welcome to Parent Cooperative Community

When you welcomed your little one into your home, did anyone hand you an instruction manual on how to be the perfect parent?
Of course not! We know. We’ve been there.

At Parent Cooperative Community, we provide individualized post-adoption High Fidelity Wraparound services across California to support adoptive families in need

As a nonprofit devoted to walking alongside adoptive families, we support not only the behavioral and emotional needs of children but also empower caregivers with the guidance, skills, and understanding they need to create a healing environment at home. We believe that easing daily stress and truly listening to each family’s voice can strengthen relationships and restore hope. Through trauma-informed support and the collaborative Wraparound process, our team partners with families to uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and build a calmer, more connected home for the long term.

What are High Fidelity Wraparound Services?

High Fidelity Wraparound is a family-driven, strengths-based, and team-centered approach that helps youth with complex needs and the caregivers who support them. At Parent Cooperative Community, we bring together a Child and Family Team (CFT), which may include a Care Coordinator, Clinician, Family Support Specialist, Parent and/or Youth Partner, and trusted natural supports, to understand each family’s unique strengths, culture, and needs. Together, we create an individualized plan of care designed to build stability, connection, and long-term resilience.

Throughout this journey, the Wraparound Care Coordinator walks alongside the family, guiding communication, organizing team meetings, and helping put the plan into action. As needs change, the team adjusts strategies together, ensuring families feel supported, understood, and never alone on their journey.
