Facilitator

As a Facilitator here at Parent Cooperative Community, David brings a love-based attitude to providing both emotional and practical support to families, following the enlightening teachings of "Fear to Love."

David harbors a profound belief in the pivotal role of families as one of life's most vital and nurturing components. His passion for his work stems from a heartfelt desire to assist families in navigating through their differences, fostering an environment where they can stay united and provide mutual support. This belief is not just a principle but a driving force that propels his dedicated work with foster and adoptive families.

Working for Parent Cooperative Community is more than a job for David; it's aligning with a company that mirrors his mindset toward helping others. He cherishes being part of an environment that is not only stress-free but also enables genuine engagement with clients, facilitating a deeper impact in the help provided.

David brings a solid educational background to his role, having studied at Sierra College for three years to earn an Associate's degree in Biology, followed by further studies at California State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. His academic journey has provided him with a robust foundation to understand and navigate the complexities of human behavior and family dynamics.

In David's words: “A person can change, at the moment when the person wishes to change.” This quote encapsulates his hope and belief for every individual and family he works with – that change is always possible, and it begins the moment one decides to embrace it. David is here to support, guide, and walk alongside every family on their journey towards that transformative moment of change.
