Phoenix Brynnan

Family Support Coach

As a Junior Staff member at Parent Cooperative Community, Phoenix Brynnan assists with group events and hikes, supporting children in foster and adoptive families. Phoenix helps create a safe and welcoming space for children to play, express themselves, and enjoy the outdoors.

Phoenix’s passion for working with foster and adoptive families comes from personal experience. Growing up without siblings until their family began fostering and adopting, Phoenix found that this experience made life feel more complete. Knowing the challenges these children may face, Phoenix is dedicated to providing them with opportunities for joy, connection, and self-expression.

What Phoenix enjoys most about working at Parent Cooperative Community is the supportive team and the organization’s mission to uplift families. Phoenix values Parent Cooperative Community’s impact on both children and families, and is proud to be part of such a meaningful program.

Currently a senior in high school, Phoenix has completed first aid and CPR training, along with additional training specific to Parent Cooperative Community’s programs.

Reflecting on their work, Phoenix shares, "I love helping families and kids, and getting to experience nature with them. I get to share what I love with the children, and it brings me great joy."
